- Illegal items or substances
- Outside food or drinks, including alcoholic beverages
- Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks or other professional video equipment
- Large objects
- Wheeled items, except wheelchair for people with mobility impairment
- Marking materials. Only pencils are allowed for drawing and sketching.
- Pets
- Weapons of any kinds
- Hazardous materials
- Drones and any flying device
- Portable speaker or other devices that will amplify sound
- Any other items that could put the art and visitors at risk

ADMISSION
Where can I get tickets?
Tickets should be purchased online through our website in advance. Due to restrictions on gallery capacity, we cannot guarantee tickets will be available for walk-in visitors.
What are the opening hours?
Dib Bangkok opens Thursday to Monday from 10:00–19:00. We are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. Watthu-Dib Bistro & Bar opens Thursday to Monday from 09:00–24:00.
When and where can I register?
Once you arrive at the museum, you can register at the Information Desk at any time within your reserved time slot. Admission outside your reserved time slot is subject to gallery capacity.
Can I refund or exchange my ticket?
Tickets cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged.
Does Dib Bangkok accommodate big groups?
Yes. For a group visit of 10 people or more, please contact us directly at reservations@dibbangkok.org.
Is there parking space on site?
There are a limited number of parking spaces in the basement of our museum. Additional parking is available at Dib Parking Building, a 5-minute walk from the main site. Museum visitors and Watthu-Dib Bistro & Bar customers are allowed to park three hours free of charge. A fee of 50 baht an hour will be charged for additional hours.
Can I access Dib Bangkok using a wheelchair?
Dib Bangkok is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking and elevator available in the basement parking lot. Please note that James Turrell’s Straight Up (2025) permanent installation requires walking some steps and may not be suitable for visitors with mobility impairment.
Is Dib26 in the same location as Dib Bangkok?
No. Dib26 is located in the Phrom Phong area of the city, which is a 10-minute drive from Dib Bangkok.

Are children allowed at Dib Bangkok?
Due to the fragile nature of artworks and in order to maintain a meditative surrounding, visitors must be older than 7 years old. Children under 12 require adult supervision at all times.
Is photography permitted?
Still photography and video for personal and non-commercial use are permitted. We do not allow flash photography and the use of tripods, monopods, selfie sticks or other professional video equipment.
Can I touch the artworks?
Do not touch the artworks unless instructed otherwise.
Can I bring food and drink to the Museum?
Food and drink are not allowed. We offer food and drink at Watthu-Dib Bistro & Bar.
Are there lockers at the Museum?
Please inquire at the Information Desk if you would like to use the locker. Large belongings must be stored in the lockers.

You do not need a ticket to dine at Watthu-Dib Bistro & Bar. It is accessible for non-ticket holders. However, a reservation is recommended.
Can I leave the Museum and come back within the same day?
Our ticket to the Museum is for single admission. Re-entry to the galleries is subject to gallery capacity and our staff’s discretion.
Can I host an event at Dib Bangkok?
We are open for special events and space rental both at Dib Bangkok and Dib26. Please contact us at venue@dibbangkok.org to discuss your idea.
