Ariana Chaivaranon

Ariana Chaivaranon is a Thai-born artist and curator. Before joining Dib Bangkok, Chaivaranon worked at the U.S. National Gallery of Art, the Beijing Palace Museum, UCCA Center for Contemporary Art, The Nelson Atkins Museum of Art, Harvard Art Museums, and The Frick Collection, among others. Chaivaranon’s writing appears in catalogs and publications including MoMA Post (NY) and Southeast of Now NUS (Singapore). Chaivaranon participated in the ICI Curatorial Intensive, the Asia Art Archive in America Leadership Camp, and was awarded the ASEAN-China Young Leaders Scholarship. Chaivaranon holds a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.A. from Tsinghua University, Schwarzman Scholars.

Tam Laovichaya

Tam Laovichaya is an arts management professional with extensive experience in the Southeast Asian art scene. He previously managed art handling operations at SAC Gallery and spearheaded major cultural initiatives including the Art Market and Young Artist Program for Thailand’s Office of Contemporary Art and Culture (OCAC). His experience includes fundraising and event management for the 2018 and 2021 Thailand Biennales in Krabi and Korat.

Wannita Makaroon

Wannita Makaroon has a background as an art journalist at Fine Art Magazine, with extensive experience in freelance writing. She is an alumna of Thai Artists in New York (TANY), a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting diversity in Thai arts. Since 2018, Makaroon has served in registration and collection management roles for the Dib Bangkok Collection, with a focus on the preservation and management of significant artworks. Makaroon holds a B.A. in Art History from Silpakorn University in Thailand and an M.A. in Museum Professions from Seton Hall University in the United States.

Senior Art Handler

Pikumporn Cherdchanchaisri

Pikumporn Cherdchanchaisri began his career as an art handler in 2010, collaborating with CMO Public Company Limited to install paintings and sculptures. He has experience installing art for private collectors, galleries, and museums such as The National Gallery of Thailand, River City Bangkok, Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, and the Bangkok Sculpture Center. Cherdchanchaisri’s background also includes event organization and operational project management. Since 2021, he has served as an art handler for the Dib Bangkok collection.

Manuporn Luengaram

Manuporn Luengaram has worked with nonprofit art organizations in Bangkok since 1997, including About Art Related Activities, The Queen’s Gallery Bangkok, and The Jim Thompson Art Center. She was co-curator of Thailand Biennale Chiang Rai 2023 and a manager of Arts Network Asia (ANA), a Singapore-based, regional arts network supporting Asian artistic collaboration and exchange. Luengaram is a co-editor of an anthology of Southeast Asian Contemporary Art, a Thai version (2015), published by Thailand’s Ministry of Culture, and a member of the editorial committee of The Modern in Southeast Asian Art: A Reader (2023), published by National Gallery Singapore and NTU Centre for Contemporary Art Singapore.

Pimpakaporn Pornpeng

Pimpakaporn Pornpeng is a curator whose past exhibitions include “The Ancestors” at MAIIAM Contemporary Art Museum, Chiang Mai, and “Supersensible” at the Digital Art Center, Taipei. Before joining Dib Bangkok, she worked as an assistant curator at MAIELIE Gallery and as a project manager at Creative Economy Agency (CEA) in Khonkaen, Thailand. Pornpeng holds a B.A. in Art History from Silpakorn University in Thailand and an M.A. in Critical and Curatorial Studies of Contemporary Art from the National Taipei University of Education (NTUE).
